LEAN concept became highly popular owing to its ability to facilitate an effective optimization of business processes by ensuring a maximum focus on client interests and needs as well as employee motivation. Application of LEAN tools is effective for any industry. They can be applied in business, start-ups and even when maintaining a family budget.
