Meeting of the LvBS community with Volodymyr Stetsyk: Create value for the business with the help of the procurement function

Are you looking for a way to overcome inefficiencies and create additional value for your business? How do you do that in practice? On 16th July UCU Lviv Business School is inviting you to the meeting of the LvBS community with Volodymyr Stetsyk, a member of the supervisory council of the Center of Procurement Improvement, which has an experience of development and implementation of procurement strategies in Ukraine, Europe and Middle East.

  • How do you imagine a procurer? And how they can create the value for the business?
  • How can you quickly uncover inefficiencies in procurements? And how can the complex procurement strategy look like, the strategy realization of which can not only help eliminate inefficiencies but also create additional value for the business?

Volodymyr Stetsyk — Kyiv School of Economics, Center of Procurement Improvement — director of procurement transformations, a member of supervisory council. In 2013-2017 he worked as a manager of projects focused on the enhancement of operating performance, transformation of procurements service, development of procurements strategies, cost improvement at A.T. Kearney (Dubai, Saudi Arabia, France, Turkey). Before that he was the head of the project management department at Metro Cash & Carry (implementation of category management, change management, coordination of the interaction between the departments).
