Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) welcomed participants of “Effective management of small business”. On June 14-15 fourth module “Finances in small business” took place. Program’s trainers were Mykhaylo Salo – CFO of Lviv Business School and Lyubomyr Tarnovsky – CFO of Ukrainian Catholic University.
During module participants learnt important financial aspects of running small enterprises. In particular they learnt financial accounting, budgeting, investing and cost management. Trainers taught our participant how to deal with the financial problems faced by their companies. Participants also solved financial tasks and practical cases.
