On June 20-22, the Lviv Business School (LvBS) held the third module of the MBA Program of Agro Leadership for the management team of Mriya Agro Holding.
During the module, participants gained practical knowledge and skills in project management. This time the group worked with Mykhailo Kolisnyk (Senior Consultant at KSE, lecturer at LvBS) and Serhiy Hvozdiov (business professor at KSE and lecturer at LvBS).
For three days, the participants actively worked on projects, particularly in development, planning, management, budgeting, and implementation.
The highlight of the third module of the MBA program was two inspiring breakfast meetings with business representatives. In particular, Ihor Hayovyshyn, representative of the Lvivska Brewery, and Yaroslav Lyubinets, chairman of the board of directors at SoftServe and co-founder of LvBS, shared their experiences in project management.
