The fourth module “Finance and Law” from the course “Leading Small Business Effectively” was held in the Lviv Business School of UCU.
Together with Taras Khoma, participants completed the financial part of the course; in particular, they discussed how to work effectively with banks and how to manage personal finances.
Andriy Hrynchuk, managing partner of the law firm Hrynchuk, Mazur, and Partners, spoke about the legal aspects of doing business. The participants studied labor law, international structuring, and business entities.
Also during the module Andriy Khudo, chairman of !FEST holding of emotions, held an inspiring workshop where he shared his experience in building and growing companies. Andriy talked about how the holding of emotions managed to become a magnet for tourists and residents of Lviv, and how a restaurateur can become an idol for his customers.
