The desire to introduce budgeting in the company led us to Lviv Business School (LvBS), specifically to the «Establishing an Effective Budgeting System in Companies» program. It was so engaging because it required the presence of the entire management team and allowed developing the most realistic approach to solving training cases. It was interesting for us to work as one team—the team of specialists in different spheres—and create a single budget, with the needs of all the company departments being taken into account. Teacher Mykhailo Kolisnyk impressed with the depth of his theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of corporate finance as well as how easily he delivered it. After the training sessions, we managed to create a system of budgeting in the company. Of course, it’s not perfect yet, but we’re working hard on it. We are grateful to the team of LvBS for always raising the most topical business issues and seeking only the best specialists for their elucidation.
