She is an independent director for several commercial companies in fintech, cybersecurity and digital transformation spheres.

Over 12 years of development of the number one telecommunications player in Ukraine, Kyivstar Company, three years in the field of logistics for the quality of GM Amway and for five years as the GM of the Black Sea region of Microsoft, Nadiia led more than 1,000 employees with her expertise and leadership.

She is a developer of such communities as WELDI created by ACC, European Woman Entrepreneurship and Women in Boards 2020.

Yuri Zayarny is a finance executive and a business consultant with over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a large international IT Company (product) and multinational companies, including Procter & Gamble, Bel Group and TUI Travel.

Yuri has been conducting corporate and on-the-job trainings for many years, focusing on “Finance for non-Finance Managers” and specializes in developing tailor-made finance trainings for different functions, i.e. sales, marketing, IT, etc.

• Previously, Ivan served as VP of Engineering and General Manager, where he built and led the largest development center of Limelight Networks (which has since rebranded as Edgio). Edgio (Nasdaq: EGIO) is one of the largest global content delivery network and cloud provider.
• Ivan has over 20 years of experience in the industry, working for global software development outsourcing and product companies, as well as startups of various stages.

Co-Founder and Chair of the Board of Directors of SoftServe Company.  Completed his studies at the Department of Applied Mathematics at Ivan Franko National University in Lviv and became an Assistant Professor of Computer Studies.  For more than 15 years he worked as a research assistant and lecturer at Polytechnic National University in Lviv. He completed the Presidential MBA Program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in 2006-07 and at Harvard Business School in 2013.

Having joined SoftServe in 1995, Mr Lyubinets acted on various engineering, client facing and management positions. In 1997, he was appointed as a Vice President of Engineering. Over the years, his responsibilities included driving all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and testing to quality standards and release to client success. He is an Author of over 20 papers mostly in database management and information systems theory.

Besides Vsevolod Onyszkiewicz is co-founder 3Dsize.com Inc, which is part of My Virtual Model and a developer of innovative technologies scan and calibration of scanners. He created several companies that specialize in designing and embedded software.
