A Year of Growth and Shared Decisions: UCU Business School Activity Report

9 Mar 2026

The period from September 2024 to December 2025 was marked by systemic development, international cooperation, and community strengthening at UCU Business School. At the same time, it was marked by the loss of dear people, yet it also brought many reasons for gratitude and hope.

Despite all the challenges, together with you – our students, faculty, alums, and partners – we created programs and initiatives that have a real impact on companies, communities, and the future of the country. We are sincerely grateful for your trust, partnership, and steadfast support.

At a time when Ukrainian companies are operating at their limits, and society is seeking new reference points, UCU Business School creates a space where knowledge becomes action.

Business is built on the foundations of ethics, the common good, and responsible leadership. Even in difficult times, education can be a force for change, providing hope, support, and clear direction for the development of a modern management culture in Ukraine.

This report highlights the development of educational programs, student learning outcomes, new partnerships, international cooperation, research initiatives, and projects that have strengthened Ukraine’s business environment.

In the summer of 2025, 68 students successfully defended their master’s theses. At the beginning of the 2025-2026 academic year, another 84 students joined UCU Business School’s master’s programs. During this period, 1,411 participants completed open executive education programs, online courses, and educational programs developed in partnership with organizations and institutions. At the same time, all current programs were updated to respond to new challenges and the evolving needs of the business environment.

The report also highlights the development of the community of students, alumni, faculty, and partners, the launch of new initiatives, and the school’s contribution to fostering a culture of responsible leadership and ethical business. Particular attention is given to important community events, including the creation of the Trust Fund in memory of Yaroslav Ruschyshyn.

We thank everyone who helps build this community together with us – students, alums, faculty, partners, friends, and benefactors. Together, we are part of a shared rise, a part of the school’s 18-year journey, and of meaningful change happening in organizations, communities, and across the country.

Let us continue creating, transforming, and working together.
