UCU Business School invites you to the webinar A Veteran on Your Team: Communication, Trust, and Partnership on September 24. The webinar aims to prepare small and medium-sized businesses to integrate veterans into their teams in practice and build lasting working relationships.
The event responds to the findings of the study Challenges in Employing and Working with Veterans. Among all respondents to the quantitative survey, 45% said they had no experience of employing veterans at their company. Among micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, that figure rose to 55%. The remaining respondents reported having either hired new employees who are veterans or welcomed back their own staff after military service.
