Lviv Business School of UCU will teach IT executives how to sell … on the Rynok Square

Participants of the Master’s Degree Program in MSc in Technology Management at Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS), executives and founders of IT companies in Lviv, Kiev, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, with the help of unusual practical exercises, will be taught sales skills right on the Rynok Square in Lviv. After all, as we in LvBS believe, in order to qualitatively sell your products and services in the field of information technology, it is worth trying yourself in retail first.

According to the Department of Public Relations in Lviv Business School of UCU, participants in the curriculum, who already have considerable experience in the management of their companies or business areas, will be able, from their own experience, to follow the way from the client’s interest in product, communication and to sale itself. The product they are going to sell is clear and simple, but participants are not currently aware of what it will be.

The teacher of this syllabus of the MSc in Technology Management program is Mychailo Wynnyckyj, who holds a Ph.D. from Cambridge University, began his career in Canada in his own technological business and has successfully continued it in Ukraine, advising the owners of companies.

As a result of this training exercise, participants must draw managerial conclusions: how new ideas and practices in the market can help them better sell services and IT solutions in their businesses, says Mychailo Wynnyckyj.

Let us remind you that in 2017 the previous group of participants of this program studied sales in the wholesale market of agricultural products. At that time, owners and managers of IT companies from six Ukrainian cities (Lviv, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Uzhhorod and Ivano-Frankivsk; average age 31 years) had worked at 15 retail outlets, where, using paper, adhesive tapes, markers, as well as laptops and phones, tried to sell as much fruit, meat, seafood, confectionery, groceries and even Christmas trees …

We invite journalists to witness such an unusual and spectacular practical training process. Contacts for accreditation: Anton Tkachuk, 063 890 33 88, atkachuk@lvbs.com.ua. Time: June 6, Wednesday, 17:00-19:30, Lviv, 32 Rynok Square.
