What is meant by the three-core capitalization of businesses and how to achieve it if you start your company as a start-up? How to combine the holacracy within a team with the successful management? The UCU Lviv Business School (LvBS) is inviting to discuss it on Thursday, April 20, in the Ideas Lab hosting the former top manager of the W. L. Gore & Associates company David Pacanowski (the USA).
David Pacanowski is going to dwell upon the history of the W. L. Gore & Associates which can trace back its outset to a startup, however due to a decade-long practice of holacracy the company’s turnover nowadays accounts for $3 billion. The discussion will focus on the peculiarities of processes architecture and their structure within the company. We will also try to work out why your business should most probably undertake the practice of holacracy and whether it is really possible to make it in the nearest future. Besides that, we are going to discuss the company culture and how it changes with the growth of the business.
