Open discussion «Technological progress: how technological innovations influence Ukrainian politics?»

October, 4 in Kyiv, Lviv Business School (LvBS) of UCU is inviting you to discuss the theme of modern technologies in politics: what will be the role of the new technologies in the political life of Ukraine, especially, in the upcoming elections? Will the politicians use «artificial intelligence» technologies, social networks, micro-targeting, or maybe they will take an «old» proven path? How technologies can improve electoral practices and standards?

The participants of an open discussion «Technological progress: how technological innovations influence Ukrainian politics?», organized by the Center of Ethics and Technologies of UCU Lviv Business School, will talk about this and other things.

The discussion participants:

  • Dmytro Shymkiv, former Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office and ex-executive general manager at «Microsoft Ukraine»;
  • Ellina Shnurko-Tabakova, leader of Attack Index project at Index Systems company, President of the Board of information security and cyber security, director of SoftPres publishing house;
  • Roman Vybranovs’kyi, manager of communication department of reforms of Ukrainian recessionary media center.
