DASHA ANDREEVA

Specialist in marketing and personal brand development, participant, entry 2023

I always wanted to have a solid, comprehensive education in marketing to organize all my practical experience and fragmented theoretical knowledge. You know – to bring together all those courses, books, conversations, and case studies into one global system where every component is in its right place, and I fully understand what works, how, and why. And here, at the business school, I managed to do just that.

On top of that, I received an enormous dose of inspiration – from professors and classmates, from the processes and the results. Here, I found friends, clients, and, oh, such exciting ideas! Also, I’m from Kyiv, so a special thanks to Lviv for warmly welcoming me over these two years. This has been a journey I never want to end – that’s how incredible it is!

OKSANA SNITKO

Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Qubstudio, Graduation 2024

Overall, the master’s program helped me structure my knowledge. During my studies, I gained a clearer understanding of my career expectations and development path, which ultimately led me to change jobs. Of course, I also deepened my knowledge in research, which, in my opinion, is a crucial part of a marketer’s work and allows for the creation of truly valuable business solutions.

Another significant advantage was the environment. You’d be hard-pressed to find such a concentration of educated and proactive people elsewhere, and as we know, our surroundings have a profound impact on us.

VITALIIA SKALISH

User Acquisition Manager Promova, Graduation 2024

The master’s program became a true career boost for me. During my studies, I gained the knowledge and skills that helped me work as a marketer in an eCommerce startup, and now I’m a UAM in EdTech while also consulting small businesses, helping them launch or optimize their marketing processes. The program fully met my expectations: real cases, direct communication with experts, and practical tools that you can immediately apply in your work.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking to grow in marketing and master strategic decision-making!

SERHII KINDRAT

Brand Manager at OPTIMEAL, Kormotech, loveproject 9100 Optimeal Expert, Graduation 2024

A quality education, like fine wine, needs time to mature. I’ve come to this realization only now, several years after completing my master’s in marketing at UCU Business School. When I started the program, I expected the entire fascinating world of marketing to unfold before me overnight. But I’m actually glad that “everything all at once” didn’t happen—because every day, I get to make what I once learned relevant in my professional life today. And that is truly the most valuable thing this program has given me.

I’m sure my fellow marketers will understand, and trust me—you’ll have this same insight as you progress in your career after completing the program.

I firmly believe this program is for those who understand the power of playing the long game. And here, you take the first step toward mastering it. Leave behind any doubts or hesitation—they’ll only get in the way. And even if you can’t shake them off completely, this master’s in marketing will help you structure everything into a system you’ll refer to time and time again (and, of course, enrich with your own experience) throughout your career.

Quality takes time and effort. Be ready for that. Just give it time to mature.

OLESIA HUTSUK

Communications Manager at “Building Ukraine Together”, Graduation 2024

Thanks to the program, I was able to see marketing in everything related to business or public sector activities. And the main thing is to see it in a comprehensive and very human-centered way. After all, marketing is primarily about people and their needs.

Directly or indirectly, we all work to satisfy human needs, and thanks to marketing knowledge, we can find these needs, solve problems faced by consumers faster and more efficiently, both for business and for consumers.

I am sincerely convinced that the knowledge gained in the master’s program will help you grow professionally as a marketer, and if you have a dream of starting your own business

MARTA ROHACH

Product Marketing Managet Monobank, Graduation 2023

I came to the master’s program in marketing as a self-taught student, learning most things in practice and from online materials. I realized that working with large projects requires consistency and a deeper understanding of marketing. After graduation, I immediately started working at monobank, where I now work on products for millions of Ukrainians. This is the scale I was striving for, and it would not have happened without the master’s degree. I recommend it to anyone who wants change and professional growth!

KATERYNA ORLOVSKA

Associate Brand Manager Danone, Graduation 2023

The master’s program at UCU is the best investment of my life. I entered with a chaotic mix of marketing ideas and finished with a clear understanding of how marketing functions in practice.

Like most people, I thought that a marketer had to be a “one-person orchestra”—handling everything: branding, SMM, PPC, email, trade, SEO, PR, and a million other tasks. The program helped me understand and feel the difference between all these niches and take off those rose-colored glasses. Over these two years, I was able to identify the one direction that truly inspires me, and I’ve continued to move forward in that field.

SOLOMIIA YUSYP

Co-founder Zmina agency, Graduation 2021

During my studies in the master’s program, I not only had the opportunity to immerse myself in marketing as a system, but I also found like-minded individuals, with whom I founded my own business—a marketing agency that has been operating for 5 years. As a result, my professional life has significantly changed after studying at the Business School.

This program is not just about mastering a narrow area of marketing or a few tools. It’s a comprehensive, structured program that helps you understand and practically dive into marketing as part of a business ecosystem. All the tools and practical tasks can and should be applied within your company or project during the course, making each module highly effective and applicable.
