Under the motto “Educated communities shape the future,” the UCU Business School has welcomed 89 participants into its five master’s programs: Key Executive MBA, MSc in Technology Management, MSc in Marketing Management, MSc in Innovations and Entrepreneurship, and for the first time this year – the MSc in Managing Impact-Driven Organizations. Among the participants are veterans, representatives of diverse civic, cultural, medical, and non-governmental organizations, as well as individuals driven to advance their own businesses and launch projects to rebuild and develop our country.
“I was reflecting on what unites us all, and I realized it is faith. Faith in our country, in the Armed Forces, and in God. You have come to a university with a long history, traditions, and examples of leadership, guidance, and responsibility embodied by figures like Andrey Sheptytsky, Josyf Slipyj, Borys Gudziak, and many others who left us their legacies of leadership in the hope that we would nurture and multiply them for the good of Ukraine. I hope that each day you feel the strength of this university and draw from it.
I am confident that everyone here today views their organizations, businesses, companies, and personal endeavors as having an impact and as needing to achieve results for the sake of our country. It is our duty to lead Ukraine not only to victory but also to recovery on the global political and economic stage.
I wish you success, energy, and proactivity – don’t wait, but achieve and take action,”* said Yaryna Boychuk, CEO of UCU Business School, in her opening address to participants.
Following this inspiring start, participants dove into their studies, got acquainted within their respective programs, connected with alumni, and, most importantly, set their goals for the journey ahead. In the evening, they will meet with the founders and leaders of the Business School and UCU for a meaningful discussion about the present and future.
