The Ukrainian Prosecutor Training Center team invites you to join the educational program «Leadership School for Heads and Units of the Prosecutor’s Office», implemented by the Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). Every opportunity to grow and enhance managerial skills is invaluable in times of change and uncertainty.
Who should participate?
- Heads of prosecutor’s offices;
- First deputies and deputies of prosecutor’s offices;
- Heads of departments.
A minimum of 1 year of managerial experience is required.

Duration: Six training modules over five months
- Module 1: March 6-7 (Kyiv)
- Module 2: April 24-25 (Lviv)
- Modules 3-4: May 27-30 (retreat)
- Module 5: June 26-27 (Lviv)
- Module 6: July 17-18 (Kyiv)
Format:
- In-person sessions at the Ukrainian Prosecutor Training Center and Ukrainian Catholic University (2 days each).
- A four-day «Leadership in the Mountains» retreat.
- Online inter-module meetings and mentorship sessions.

An essential part of the application form is a motivation letter. We want to emphasize that it is essential to address the following questions in your letter:

The selection process will take place based on several criteria and in several stages:
- Screening.
- Interviews with candidates who best meet the requirements.
- The final group formation is based on evaluations by the organizing team and the grant provider.
