Course Instructor:
Vasylina Hraichenko, Head of Compensation and Benefits at Uklon (VEON Group), graduate of the UCU MA in HR and Organizational Development.
She has 20 years of HR experience, including over 15 years in Compensation & Benefits. She has worked in IT, media, banking, agriculture, and manufacturing, and has led HR functions in companies ranging from 600 to 2,800 employees.
