In February 2016 our team was attending the training course in Communications with Yaryna Kliuchkovska as a coach. It was the best training course I’ve ever had a chance to attend. Seemingly structured in a simple way, the course helped us to master the theory and implement it in practice over a short period of time. Not only did we manage to cover all the topics determined by the course syllabus, but we also had a great chance to practice the newly acquired skills in front of the cameras. If we subdivide the number of insights into the put-in hours, I can certainly acknowledge that this course is probably one of the most effective and useful courses I’ve attended. I would firmly recommend Yaryna as an expert in Communications and a brilliant coach. The whole Prozorro team and me personally are more than satisfied with the cooperation and the results achieved. It was just awesome!
