Next, you dive into a world where trust, as an emotional-economic category, plays a key role. By understanding where and how trust comes from, you take the first step in finding your new wholeness.
Next, you learn about attention, how it works, and you learn to focus it, which is a necessary condition for achieving the desired result. It turns out that there is a big difference between communicating the company’s strategy and focusing the team’s attention on the result, although these concepts interact with each other!
The program also teaches a lot of different things, such as feedback, mental traps, traumatic experiences, motivation, happiness, and more. And it seems that everything is simple and written in books, but for some reason it does not work 🙂
But the most valuable thing is that after group training, you can work on a personal basis with Mentors who know their work!
