Previously she was a Head of a Learning and Development function of a high-tech company based in Amsterdam, NL. She was responsible for strategic KPIs, digital tools and workplace anchors with the focus on life-long curiosity and learning habits. In addition, Irina partakes in Board- and Executive-level discussions on strategic planning and renewal to ensure availability and alignment of capabilities to deliver the future.
