Prof. Hendrik Sebastiaan (Drikus) Kriek is the Dean of the Faculty of Post-Graduate Studies, Director of the Doctoral programs, and Associate Professor of Leadership at the IEDC-Bled School of Management in Bled, Slovenia. He teaches “Leadership”, “Leading High-Performance Teams” and “Organizational Development” courses at various institutions while being instrumental in establishing the recently launched Team Development Institute at the IEDC.

He acted as Interim Director of the Central and Eastern European Management Association in 2018 and currently holds the NLB Chair for Leadership Development at the IEDC. Previously, he was the Director of the Leadership Development Centre at Wits Business School (WBS) of the University of the Witwatersrand where he holds an associate professorship in Human Resource Management and Leadership.
