“Leading small business effectively”. Last module of the program.

Over the course of a five-month program, participants and leading experts from different fields and faculties of the Lviv Business School of UCU studied how to manage small businesses effectively. The last module of the program was held on July 5.

It was led by Taras Khoma and Andriy Hrynchuk. Participants heard a lecture about finances and law in small businesses. 

With Taras Khoma the group studied the basis of cooperation with banks and financial institutions. Andriy Hrynchuk spoke about the main legal aspects of running a business: employment issues, taxes, contracts, and offshore business. 

During the program, participants also studied strategic planning, marketing, finances, and human resources. After completing their course work the group spoke to the CEO of LvBS Sophia Opatska about their managerial conclusions and thoughts that they made during the program. They also shared ideas on how to effectively implement the knowledge and experience in their companies.
