“The tremendous shortage of leaders exists in all the areas” – fifth module on the IT program

Participants of MSc in Technology Management learned about management methods and leadership during the fifth module of the program.

With the professor from United Kingdom, Daniel Lewis, owner of the company Bright Leadership group explored proven, practical, and innovative strategies for maximizing the contribution of technical professionals. This course focused on individual contributors and members of project teams, including cross-functional teams, and examines how to work effectively with prima donnas and independent spirits.

About the professor:
Daniel Lewis has over 30 years of management experience in Blue Chip companies such as Nestlé, General Motors, SABMiller and Heineken.
He assisted Companies in the development of management and leadership skills. He was involved in a successful corporate culture change after an acquisition in South Africa and trained over 250 people in this process. 
Daniel is the author of the ©Challenger Leadership development and Executive Development programmes and is himself a highly experienced facilitator.
