How to comfortably achieve goals and to perform efficient analysis
Key Executive MBA study module has began with an MBA Open House event this academic year. On September, 17, Lviv Business School opened its doors not only for participants, but for all wishing to get acquainted with the program and LvBS. During the event, Academic Director Yaryna Boychuk presented specific features of the program. After that, Mykola Kolisnyk, professor of finances, explained the common financial pitfalls for the business after eurointagration.
The auditory studying started with the training of Vache Davtian, successful businessman and trainer, who shared his experience of efficient time-management with KEMBA participants. Name of the training Time-in-high: how to comfortably achieve goals speaks for itself. Participants explored unexpected solutions to improve working process and personal productivity as well as simple steps to organize a path to a goal.
The concept of a ‘golden hour’ gained exclusive attention of the executives. This hour should be dedicated to strategic planning, but not to operational tasks. Apart from that, in order to enhance practical side of the training, all the participants made a commitment to apply suggested advices and to perform their own selected tasks. For that matter, participants have 1 month ahead. On October, 8, they will share with each other their brand-new experience in the field.
After that, Kostiantyn Patsera, consultant in the field of business-analysis and analytical CRM, explained to the participants, how to make business-analysis efficient, what hides beyond the idea of ‘analysis’ and how to perform it correctly. The lecturer clarified historical trends of development of analytics in companies. For instance, performing HR-analytics is crucial and up-to-date. There are loads of data, which could and should be analyzed, like the objectives of human capital outflow and many others. During the entire course the participants examined quantitative methods of data analysis. Those methods were used to interpret cases of Ukrainian companies and to analyze marketing research.
