Innovation Management: Digital Disruption

Program's structure

During the course, participants will work on identifying opportunities for disruption by analyzing assets/systems/ecosystems and ten types of innovation, as well as selecting the tools and concepts that will facilitate business transformation.

Modules in the Certificate Program

R&D Management in Tech Business — June 4–7, 2025
Innovation Management: Digital Disruption — June 25-28, 2025
Strategic Marketing — registration is closed (the module took place on April 9–11)
Product Management in the Tech Industry — registration is closed (the module took place on April 30 – May 3)

Program value

After completing the module, participants will be able to:

Understand different types of innovations
Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
Apply various conceptual models to plan and launch digital transformations.

Certification and further opportunities

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive:

Certificate from the UCU Business School (LvBS) for the entire program or separately for each completed course.
Opportunity to continue their education in the Master’s program MSc in Technology Management (admission to the rules of enrollment) and receive a discount on tuition (10% upon completion of all 5 courses in the certificate program).
