Academic Experience
- From 2008 to 2013, she worked as the head of a group of business analysts in CRM and BPM systems implementation projects. During this period, she automated and optimized business processes of more than 70 leading companies in the CIS and the world, which work in the fields of finance, professional services, pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, IT, and industry. Within the framework of the projects, she adjusted the processes of marketing, sales, service, as well as internal processes of companies. She applied the experience gained in the development of basic products of the company Terrasoft in the position of deputy director of products.
- From 2015 to 2018, she was director of customer experience at Terrasoft, managing the company’s knowledge and support center. In 2018, she moved to the position of director of the optimization of internal processes.
- Since 2020, Yulia has been managing the development of the data analytics platform Coupler.io at Railsware company. With a strong foundation in mathematics acquired at the Cybernetics Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Yulia has not only been involved in direct data analysis for product decision-making but has also led consulting projects in the same field, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Yulia has conducted several proprietary courses for business analysts and consultants at Terrasoft and Railsware, as well as for the company’s partners and clients. She also has experience in public speaking and conducting training sessions at international events.
