President of Lean Institute Ukraine, a leading Lean practitioner who manages the lean transformation of Nova Poshta and Centravis, was the chief lean consultant for MHP, Sense Bank, Biopharma, etc. Assists USAID in operational efficiency projects in Ukraine.
Among the results of his work, which are publicly announced by the companies:
Nova Poshta: reduced order processing time by 55%, and reduced shipment errors by 67%.
Biopharma: increased the efficiency of processes by two times for lyophilized drugs, and reduced defects by 45%.
MHP: increased the efficiency of equipment from 83% to 93%, and increased production volumes by 8.6%.
