Teaches courses in philosophical disciplines, business ethics, organizational resilience, and ethical leadership. Conducts training sessions for civil servants and representatives of the public sector.

Deputy Director for Research at the International Institute for Ethics and Contemporary Issues at UCU, responsible for coordinating research programs, developing and implementing educational programs such as “Holistic Human Development in Action,” and fostering international academic partnerships.

Has worked in international humanitarian initiatives, led social and educational projects, and provides consulting for NGOs on management and organizational development.
