The only international master’s program in Ukraine in HR and organizational development. The program is licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

It is a comprehensive program for those who have experience in personnel management and want to move to a new level of personal and professional development. Participants are HR-specialists who seek to structure their experience, get HR and business expertise of international level and develop professional competence of the future.

Training is realised in a convenient modular format that is successfully combined with the work, and takes place in the modern building of the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv, apart from exit modules in Kyiv.

Period of guaranty is two years after graduation, participants are free to listen to two program courses to choose from.

Admission to the program
In order to enrol, you should:
  1. Fill in the application form application
  2. Pass the interview.
  3. Send an expanded application form, motivational essay “My Values – Challenge or Benefit” , and submit two letters of recommendation from fellow industry professionals. Samples of letters can be found here.The submissions of the above-mentioned documents are agreed with the manager on an individual basis.
  4. Complete entrance exams –  management test, business case analysis and English exam.
  1. experience in HRM 2+ years;
  2. responsibility for whole the HR or one of the HR functions within the company / organization;
  3. participation in strategic decision making;
  4. Bachelor’s degree in any field;
  5. intermediate level of English and higher;
  6. desire for professional and personal development;
  7. high moral standards, integrity and maturity;
  8. flexibility and openness to new experiences.

Academic Board is an influential stakeholder in shaping the strategic development trajectory of the program, which will best suit the needs of the market and the challenges of time, as well as global trends in business education.

Teaching combines academic and practical components: lessons in the classroom, group work, workshops and visits to companies. The program examines personnel management in the context of business, based on best practices and case studies

How to contribute to the company strategic objectives and speak with the company owners in "one language"? The program is focuses on a holistic vision of HR-system and its components, and the understanding of its strategic role and function of HR in business

Own Project

During the training participants, accompanied by teachers and experts, work on their own projects, systematizing and practically applying the knowledge and experience gained in the program

Master's degree Diploma

Participants of the program receive a Master’s degree diploma of Lviv Business School of Ukrainian Catholic University, which could be legalized overseas (to apply for apostille)

Environment of LvBS

Participants become a part of a dynamic business community of LvBS, developing in a friendly environment of fellow students and later joining to the Alumni Master's programs
