Lviv Business School (LvBS) of UCU and MA in Human Resources and Organization Development master’s program of professional level invites you to HR Friday in Lviv, 7 September, on the following theme — «Where do we lose the job applicants? How to form Employee Experience Journey Map». Liudmyla Koptelova, HR consultant of small and medium-sized businesses, will be the speaker of this event.
During the meeting we will be talking about:
– the wants, the goals of the search for the candidates and the goals of the company owners;
– on which stages the job applicant contacts the employer, with whom, what kind of the impressions and problems happen on this stages;
– mistakes of the recruiters and HRs that they make while selecting the job applicants, where they lose potential employees and on which stages; how they can help this;
– how to analyze the employee journey according to the vacancies.

Liudmyla Koptelova has been working in the HR sphere for 6 years. She was the Head of HR Department in translation company which is on Top-3 in Ukraine. She has formed two departments «from scratch», which work with the in-house (50 people) and freelance (more than 500 active workers) personnel. She has been working as HR consultant for small and medium-sized businesses for the last year. The industry sectors of the companies: warehouse logistics, manufacture, power industry, engineering, real estate development. She helps companies in the dimensions of HR-processes systematization, implementation of Agile methodologies in non IT companies and HR departments, brand development of an employer and corporate culture.
