On 14th September, Lviv Business School (LvBS) of UCU is inviting you to the meeting of LvBS Community with Serhiy Potapov, lecturer of the School and project management consultant of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (Prozorro). The theme of the meeting «Project value — balance between risk and opportunity».
During the meeting we will be talking about the following:
- Attributes of the Project Value
- Conflict among points of view of different interested individuals concerning the Value and approaches to its solution
- Mathematical approaches to the evaluation of the Project Value under uncertainty
- Identification and digitization of risks and opportunities
The participants of the meeting will get acquainted with a tool which allows to set measurable goals in projects with the help of mathematical calculations, finding the balance between risks and opportunities.

Location: Parkova auditorium of Sheptytsky Center, Stryiska Street, 29, Lviv
Participation fee: 350 UAH. The participation in the events of the Community is free for the graduates of MSс in Technology Management and Key Executive MBA LvBS programs.

Sergiy Potapov has more than 10 years of experience in management, five of them he dedicated to organizational development. Project management consultant of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (Prozorro), and a range of other organizations.
Lecturer of project management of Management School of Ukrainian Catholic University; project management, change management in Kyiv School of Economics, and also, project and business case management of Edinburg business school.
