We invite healthcare facility managers to participate in the Leaders for Health 2.0 training program. The program will help leaders enhance their management and leadership skills to ensure people-centered healthcare facilities’ effective and sustainable development in a constantly changing context. Join the community of change-makers in healthcare.
One Health and the Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University developed and implemented the program as part of the World Bank project «Supporting Healthcare Sector Reforms in Ukraine,» funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the National Health Service of Ukraine.
Since implementing healthcare reform in Ukraine, healthcare managers have become key figures in transforming the system. Their leadership has been crucial for realizing reform principles and managing crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale war. Managers need new opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge, continue positive changes, and build resilient healthcare facilities capable of overcoming the challenges of a full-scale war while systematically growing.
Participants in the program will become part of a community of healthcare leaders driving change on the ground, as well as:
- Strengthen their leadership competencies, enabling them to effectively inspire their teams, manage change, and develop strategic plans for their healthcare facilities;
- Improve their management skills, helping to implement effective strategies in financial and legal management, team management, resource mobilization, and enhancing the quality of people-centered services;
- Enhance practical communication skills, particularly in external communications and negotiations, and develop empathetic and inclusive communication at the facility level.
If you are a healthcare facility leader from any region of Ukraine, a deputy head of a facility, or the head of a financial, economic, or similar department, please complete the application for the program at the following link: https://bit.ly/3Bs5S0z by October 18 inclusive.
