Master’s programs of the UCU Business School headed by new leaders

With the beginning of the academic year 2022, each of the five master’s programs of the UCU Business School received a new director, an expert in the field, a practitioner who will develop the program according to the highest international standards and in accordance with new challenges both in the professional field and in the field of business education in general.

Therefore, Valeriya Kozlova  became the director of the Master’s program Key Executive Key Executive MBA  of the UCU Business School. Valeria is a leading expert in building systems in business, global development strategy and effective thinking, author of EQ-boost cognitive technology. She is the founder of the company Result V Group, which specializes in the development and implementation of deep business transformation programs at the owner’s request. The author of the book “EQ-Boost Technology. How to use emotional intelligence in business and life”, strategic partner of the UCU Business School and co-author of the program “Effective mentoring through the prism of EQ-Boost” at LvBS.

Mykola Maksymenko   became the director of the master’s program MSc in Technology Management   of the UCU Business School. Mykola holds the position of AVP of R&D at the SoftServe company, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, researcher. Mykola brought the company’s R&D to a new level. His teams have received recognition and awards at the international level. They develop unique technologies based on the latest scientific discoveries, such as quantum computing and machine emotion recognition, participating in the Horizon 2020 program.

Mykola is a graduate of the MSc in Technology Management program and a teacher at the UCU Business School. Previously, he worked as a scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Complex Systems (Germany) and at the Weizmann Institute (Israel).

Iryna Tymoshchenko-Petrova   became the director of the MA in Human Resources and Organization Development program . Iryna is a graduate of this program and a teacher at the UCU Business School. She is an expert in the field of strategic planning and organizational development, has 18 years of managerial experience, and is an expert in the field of HR and development of managerial competencies with 8 years of experience.

Iryna is a co-founder of the Superwise strategic support office, where she advises companies on building strategies and organizational development. In general, she specializes in the topics of people management, building the HR function, organizational development, development of managerial competencies, ensuring the principles of diversity and inclusiveness, building meaningful platforms of organizations, developing and implementing strategies for their development.

Oleksandr Akymenko   became the director of the master’s program MSc in Innovations and Entrepreneurship  of the UCU Business School. Oleksandr is a co-founder of Yes&Design and Platformmedia. Within the consulting company Yes&Design, Oleksandr Akymenko is engaged in mentoring, facilitation, conducts workshops on design thinking, on the generation of new ideas and the efforts of various teams and companies to create competitive, simple and innovative products in Ukraine.

He is also a graduate of the JSK Fellowship program at Stanford University and a consultant on innovation and design thinking in business.

Ihor Blystiv   became the director of the master’s program MSc in Marketing Management   of the UCU Business School. Ihor is the marketing director and innovation director of the Kormotekh company. Has more than 18 years of experience in marketing. He is a graduate of the Key Executive MBA program at LvBS and Effective mentoring through the prism of EQ-Boost.

Today Ihor manages a team of more than 50 people. He is a member of the strategic board of the Kormotekh company. During his time at the company, he raised its marketing and innovation to the level of separate departments: brand management, innovation, trade marketing, analytics, digital, work with specialized clients, design. His areas of competence include: strategic marketing, creation and management of a portfolio of brands, search and creation of a value proposition, promotion of brands on the market of Ukraine, the EU, and the USA.
