- Maryana is a methodology architect, facilitation nerd, and unapologetic organisational tinkerer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and process. Maryana holds an MA in History of Philosophy from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a BS in Organisational Psychology from Lviv State University of Internal Affairs and is an accredited facilitator with the Collective Leadership Institute (Germany), having completed advanced facilitation and leadership programmes in Germany, the Netherlands.

Maryana blends the precision of a researcher with the creativity of a large-group facilitator.
Having designed and delivered processes in Ukraine, Germany, Serbia, the Philippines, and Cambodia, Maryana brings a multi-cultural lens that keeps her adaptive, curious, and adept at bridging perspectives across borders. She is skilled in participatory approaches to organisational and leadership development, including Future Search, Open Space Technology, Appreciative Inquiry, Genuine Contact Organisation, and the Collective Leadership approach.
