As a consultant and development partner, she assists leaders in fostering sense-making and supports learning and implementing organizational changes within companies using the following frameworks: Cynefin™ Family Frameworks, Warm Data Lab™, Human System Dynamics™, Leadership Circle Profile™, Immunity to Change™, Polarity Approach™, General Semantics, ORSC™ Coaching, Theory U.

Together with her partner, Natalia co-founded and continues to develop the public initiative “Improvement in Action”, which focuses on promoting and providing methodological support for change within the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
