Academic Experience

She received her education in Lviv, graduating from Lviv University of Trade and Economics with a degree in Accounting and Business Analysis. She later completed postgraduate studies at Lviv Academy of Commerce and holds both a PhD and a Doctor of Economic Sciences degree. She also earned an MBA from the Lviv Business School of Ukrainian Catholic University.
Her academic career began at Lviv University of Trade and Economics, where she worked for over twenty years as an assistant lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, and professor.
Since 2020, she has been a Professor at the Department of Management and Organizational Development at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
She has professional experience as an economist at Lvivtransgaz.
She completed doctoral studies at the National Institute for Strategic Studies and has undertaken academic and professional training programs in Ukraine and abroad, including at the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
Her main academic and professional interests include economic and financial security, organizational management, corporate governance, information systems, family business, and the development of managerial and mentoring competencies.
