  • Ostap held senior research, project management, and department leadership roles at StartUs Insights (2019-2026), where he led research teams, nurtured long-term client relationships, supported the delivery of innovation and startup intelligence projects for corporate clients across industries and countries, and coordinated internal knowledge management initiatives.
  • He works as a freelance research analyst, supporting SMEs, policy consulting teams, and educational organizations with insights on economics and business. Visiting fellow at the University of Alberta (Canada, 2018), Estonian Business School (Estonia, 2022), and the University of Technology Sydney (Australia, 2026).
  • Ostap’s current research interests include institutional economics, comparative economic systems, complexity economics, entrepreneurial environment, and learning organizations.
