Academic Experience
Taras Bachynskyi received his education at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where he completed a Master’s degree in Law with an emphasis on advanced English language studies and numerous honors for his academic and social engagement. He later pursued postgraduate studies at the same university (Faculty of Law, 2009–2012), during which he published scientific articles and participated in the development and analysis of regulatory documents.
His academic advisor was Doctor of Law, Professor Petro Rabinovych. On December 5, 2013, Taras Bachynskyi successfully defended his dissertation titled *”The Formation of the Foundations of Legal Worldview and Legal Culture Among School Youth (A Philosophical and Legal Perspective)”* in the specialty 12.00.12 – Philosophy of Law, earning the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences (equivalent to PhD in Law).
Taras Bachynskyi, PhD in Law, is the author of over 50 publicistic and academic publications.
Since 2008, he has been engaged in legal practice. His extensive experience is complemented by a deep understanding of business and the needs of startup founders, as Taras is not only a lawyer but also a businessman. He is an attorney known for finding unconventional solutions. Many of his legal services in the fields of real estate and IT law are innovative and may have been applied in the Ukrainian market for the first time. Taras’s main credo is responsibility and seeing cases through to successful outcomes.
