Academic Experience
Head of the UCU Online platform for online courses from the best instructors at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
For over 10 years, Roksolyana has been working in lifelong education. She has been involved with online courses since 2020, and in 2022, she launched the UCU online learning platform.
From 2012, she worked at the UCU Business School, holding the position of Development Director. She was responsible for marketing, international partnerships, alumni network development, project development, LvBS intellectual centers (including the Family Business Center), and activities in other cities.
Since the creation of LvBS Consulting in 2019, she served as CEO. She teaches courses related to strategy. In 2022, she conducted research on the adaptation of Ukrainian businesses to the largest crisis – the war, together with Professor Krzysztof Obłój.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics, an LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin. She interned at WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). She worked for two years at the State Intellectual Property Department. She participated in the development and implementation of the Lviv Competitiveness Strategy until 2015 as part of the Effective Management Foundation team.
