Scholars and faculty members of the Ukrainian Catholic University have issued an urgent call for collaboration to the international community: Amy L. Kenworthy, Myroslava Chekh, Mariya Tytarenko, Valeriya Kozlova, Sofiya Opatska, Andriy Shestak, Olena Trevoho, and Martha Tychenko.

The abstract states:

“This is a call for scholars in non-crisis environments to actively engage and collaborate with colleagues in the academic community in Ukraine and in other countries around the world that are facing serious challenges. Together, we can work to create and expand knowledge about interpersonal and organizational phenomena during extreme conditions. Those of us who are higher education practitioners, living in non-crisis environments, have colleagues around the world who are in unstable and uncertain contexts. And they seek to be seen, heard, engaged, and to collaborate. In this essay, we expand the conversation on promising topics for collaborative research in our academic and teaching spaces.”

The essay contains several sections:

Higher Education Research in Extreme Conditions
Identity and Culture
Well-being and Care
