The Product Management module is designed to provide a deep understanding of both conceptual and practical aspects of creating successful product solutions.
- Day 1: Products and Problems – Framing and prioritizing identified problems.
- Day 2: The Importance of Solutions – Assessing and predicting competitors.
- Day 3: Strategy / Positioning – Incremental problem solving.
- Day 4: Final group work and presentations – Product management reflections.
This module is part of the Certificate Program in Technology Management, which also includes:
