Hackathon 3.0 took place at UCU Business School, bringing together people ready to turn ideas into solutions with real impact. Throughout the day, teams worked on business cases, tested approaches, searched for unconventional solutions, and presented their ideas to the jury.
The grand prize of Hackathon 3.0 – a UAH 250,000 scholarship for studying in the master’s programs at UCU Business School – was awarded to the team “Future Students”.

Participants developed solutions for the businesses of:
- Bohdan Mitnichuk – a graduate of the Master in Innovations and Entrepreneurship 2024 program and founder of the online school ZNOHUB;
- Vladyslav Sysa – a student of the Master in Innovations and Entrepreneurship program who is developing a business focused on installing water purification filters.
It is especially meaningful that Vladyslav has been part of the Hackathon journey for three consecutive years: he participated in Hackathon 1.0, his team won Hackathon 2.0, and thanks to the scholarship he received, he enrolled in the master’s program and is now studying at UCU Business School.

The Hackathon was moderated by Martyn Kovalko, Director of the Master in Innovations and Entrepreneurship program at UCU Business School, and Borys Lomako, consultant in team dynamics, product creation, and go-to-market strategies.
We thank all participants, mentors, and teams for their energy, ideas, and willingness to create solutions that truly matter.
