Investment portfolio management

Basil Kalymon held a lecture on “Investment portfolio management” at Lviv Business School of UCU. Basil Kalymon is a professor of finances and he used to work in Richard Ivey Business School, University of California, Harvard Business School and Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

During his long career he has conducted an independent consulting practice and has served on the board of several companies. In his lecture he shared not only the theory but his own professional experience.

Basil Kalymon lectured about types of investment, risks, revenues and investment strategy. The professor also told about specific of management of investment portfolios in Canada and United States.

Despite the fact that the investment climate and financial market of North America and Ukraine have many differences, attendees were able to gather a lot of information about their growth and development.
