- She was the head of production at «Spell chocolate» company, where she successfully implemented the LEAN system and increased the chocolate production volume by 7 times in six months by implementing the LEAN tools.
- Antonina has experience in running a business. In particular, she was a co-owner of the restaurant chain “23 Restaurants” in Ivano-Frankivsk from 2009 to 2017.
- She worked as a LEAN implementation consultant at “TOM Peanut Butter” and “Cheesecake”, where she did not only conduct LEAN audits to determine critical points of manufacturing but also implemented 5S system for working place and manufacturing space organization, created the LEAN team, and set up the system of dealing with expense. Consequently, she has increased the rate of return for both companies
