Academic Experience
- With the beginning of the 2022 academic year, Ihor became the director of the MSc in Marketing Management master’s program at the UCU Business School. He is also an academic leader and teacher of the “Marketing for Business” management development program. Founder of the UA MARKETING CLUB. He graduated from the Key Executive MBA master’s program at LvBS and Effective Mentoring through the lens of EQ-Boost.
- Ihor came to the Kormotekh company as a brand manager, where two people worked in the department. During 17 years, he grew from a brand manager to a director of marketing and innovation and created powerful marketing in the company. Today Ihor manages a team of more than 50 people. He is a member of the strategic board of the Kormotekh company.
- During his time at the company, he developed the marketing and innovation department to the level of separate departments: brand management, innovation, trade marketing, analytics, digital, work with specialized clients, design.
- As a result, “Kormotekh” is the leader in the animal feed market in Ukraine (since 2015). The company develops brands in Ukraine on the EU and US markets. Its products are presented in + 30 countries; The super premium Optimeal brand has been made and introduced into the EU and US markets. An innovation department was created with a focus on the development of product innovations.
- Ihor dreams of building successful Ukrainian brands in the global world. Today, he sees the development of marketing specialists through training as his task. The new generation of marketers should become the basis for the growth of Ukrainian business in the world.
