- She is a Behavioral Architecture Manager at Cowry Consulting (London), a leading global behavioral science consultancy ranked by the Financial Times as one of the best in the UK (clients include Tesco, Amazon, Sky, HSBC, EasyJet, Keep Britain Tidy).
- Maria specializes in behavior change strategy, focusing on understanding human judgment, decision-making, and actions within systems and contexts to drive effective and sustainable behavioral change.
- She holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she studied behavior change for sustainable transformation and Net Zero, consumer psychology, and methodological approaches to behavior change and intervention design.
- She is a registered member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioral Scientists (GAABS).
