Discover UCU Business School’s Chatbot Navigator: Learn, Find Answers, Stay Up-to-Date

UCU Business School has made available a handy navigator that can be used to learn more about the various programs offered by LvBS, find answers to frequently asked questions, view upcoming events, and much more. Together with MSc in Innovations and Entrepreneurship student Taras Bilinsky, we created the chatbot.

The chatbot’s primary menu has several selections, including but not limited to the following:

  • Learn everything you need to know about applying to and enrolling in the Master’s programs at the UCU Business School.
  • You can quickly and easily find the appropriate schooling option.
  • Get alerts, stay abreast of current events, and watch webinars. So that you can keep them in mind and not lose them. Twenty-four hours and fifteen minutes prior to kickoff, we’ll send a reminder.
  • Contact the manager of the UCU Business School and receive feedback.
  • Check out the frequently asked questions page for explanations to all your burning queries.
  • Explore the «War in Ukraine» section to find out about volunteer opportunities and how you can participate.

We questioned Taras, the project’s creator, on the importance of chatbots in the modern business world and how they can improve your daily routine:

«These days, instant messengers can do the job of web browsers for a variety of uses. Messengers are fantastic for receiving information that can be summarized in a few sentences or for carrying out a straightforward task that does not necessitate a complicated user interface. It’s a lot quicker than using a browser, too.

  • Since there is less clutter on the screen, it’s easier to focus and quicker to find what you’re looking for.
  • Depending on the messenger and the audience, the interaction can take on a more conversational tone.
  • Additionally, there is no need to download and install any additional software on the mobile device.

Clients of UCU Business School can use this information, especially for announcements about upcoming events. Ideally, all messages would be sent through the messenger. There’s no need to launch the app to read the notification, just look at it,»  – says Taras Bilinskyi, project developer and MSc in Innovations and Entrepreneurship participant.
