About program
The UCU Business School invites you to the practical course “Leadership & Human Logic — Cracking the Code of Human Behavior” with Jan Dirk Geertsema. Based on the author’s original approach and research conducted with nearly 1,000 business professionals, including participants from Ukraine, the course aims to help attendees decode the logic behind human behavior and apply these insights to enhance communication, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness. The program will be delivered in English over two days (December 4–5, 2025).

Program

The English-language program “Leadership & Human Logic – Cracking the Code of Human Behavior” provides participants with the skills to objectively observe and interpret various types of human behavior, as well as to adapt their own actions to different situations and behavioral contexts, all aimed at creating a safe and productive professional environment.

Day 1 (December 4):
Learning modules — “What is Good Leadership?”, “Basic Principles of Behavior”, “Fundamental Drivers of Behavior” and “Behavior Style Report Assessment.”

Day 2 (December 5):
Learning modules — “Social Versatility”, “Different Brains, Different Stress”, “Practical Case Studies” and “Personal Development Plan.”

Before the start of the program, participants are required to complete a pre-course questionnaire, review the provided course materials, and prepare brief notes for participation in practical exercises.
