Day 1: Digital Marketing: Helicopter View. From Essence to Strategy and Organisation of Digital Marketing | 25 June

  • The essence and features of digital marketing. Its place in the marketing system.
  • Key factors of digital marketing efficiency. The «See, Think, Do, Care» model.
  • Digital-mix: Overview of essential digital marketing tools.
  • Setting goals and objectives for the digital marketing team. The algorithm for developing a digital strategy.
  • Organising digital marketing: outsourcing vs. in-house, working with digital agencies.

Day 2: Introduction to SEO. Everything about Promotion: From Mobile Apps to Websites | 26 June

  • What business owners/marketers need to know — typologies of websites and mobile apps. How to choose a platform for your website or app?
  • Introduction to SEO or what business owners need to know about website promotion.
  • Web analytics vs. marketing analytics: differences and how to build them. How businesses can generate and interpret Google Analytics reports (workshop).

Day 3: Google Analytics. SMM for Business | 27 June

  • Developing a basic KPI system to assess the effectiveness of digital channels.
  • Building key business dashboards using Looker Studio (workshop).
  • SMM strategy. SMART goals and KPIs for the team.
  • Target audience and communication. Competitor analysis.
  • Content strategy. Artificial intelligence in SMM. Creativity. Partnerships.

Day 4: SMM for Business | 28 June

  • Social media advertising, business promotion strategy, understanding algorithm «brains», performance metrics (ROAS, ROMI), and budgeting are some of the topics covered.
  • Social media promotion tactics: LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
  • Practical session. Building an SMM strategy for business.
