Natalia Zaverukha: “Business processes in a company from the perspective of the owner, manager and client”

On March 12, the Center for Ethics and Technology of the Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) invites you to a meeting on “Business processes in a company from the perspective of the owner, manager and client.” The keynote speaker, Natalia Zaverukha – an expert on business processes, consultant. She will share experience in analyzing the company’s “pain points” and establishing effective processes.

Why do successful companies start losing customers? Why are important decisions taken by top management with a delay? What is the reason for misunderstandings between managers? The most common cause of these and other problems is undefined and improperly established business processes. This problem becomes especially noticeable as soon as the company reaches a new level of development. During the meeting, we will discuss how to identify and establish business processes, who will benefit from it and how to implement these changes in the company’s culture.

She has over 10 years of experience in IT and consulting, in particular in quality management and business process organization. In the past, she was a Managing Partner of Pronet Business Technology company and Director of the consulting company Manageable.
