HR Friday: «Recruitment. How to avoid fails?»

Lviv Business School of UCU invites you to HR Friday on the topic «Recruitment. How to avoid fails?» which will take place on June 1, in Ivano-Frankivsk. We will talk with Andrii Strehalyuk, an expert on search and selection of talents for topical and key business positions (executive search, talent acquisition) in Ukraine and abroad.


Learn about:

  • the main mistakes most often done by companies and managers when recruiting staff
  • an outlook that causes these mistakes
  • what is neglected and not taken into account and how expensive is such negligence
  • the role of the recruitment department in the company and how it affects the overall success of the business

Andrii Strehalyuk.  A teacher of HRM in Business Program at Lviv Business School of UCU. An expert with more than a decade of experience in Ukrainian (Innovative Management Center «Pocherk», «1+1» Studio) and international (Amrop Executive Search, DuPont, Mondelez International) companies in the FMCG industry, agribusiness, telecommunications, innovative technologies and the service sector (executive search, PR, training). Andrii specializes in search and selection of talents for topical and key business positions (executive search, talent acquisition) in Ukraine and abroad (CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, European region, Middle East and Africa, etc.). Andrii has the experience of building and developing a regional level recruitment function (Mondelez International, DuPont), and a successful experience in implementing regional and global projects aimed at transforming and improving HR processes. In addition, he provides HR counseling and training in recruitment and career development.
